2. We have received your credit card transaction for deposit to your account. We cannot post these funds to your trading account until we receive a front copy of this credit card. Please block out the first twelve digits of the credit card number, leaving only the last four visible on the front of the card and block out the security code on the back of your card. The expiration date must be visible. If the name on your credit card does not match the name on your trading account and/or the billing address you provided does not match your current trading account information, please also send a copy of your credit card statement showing these items for verification.

You must select the message inbox to create a new message and attach/upload files.
If you are unable to upload documents through your Dashboard, documents may be submitted by email to accounts@ibfx.com.au or by fax to 212-884-0609 (international).
