Due to a very unclear regulatory environment in the United States we have arrived at the decision to close Prime Bank Forex down entirely for US and non-US individuals. Clear Markets LTD has non-US operations and non-US banking and we are confident we are within every boundary of the law, however our goal has been to beta test our product and prepare for a strong product launch and the present legal environment is counterproductive to development and testing.

We feel terrible about this and not because of any business motivation but rather because we know and have already experienced that many clients will be disappointed and we truly operate and work extremely hard to please clients, not disappoint them. We also want express our sincere gratitude for being instrumental in the evolution of the Prime Bank product.

As an expression of our regret and the extra work you will surely undergo moving accounts around we would like to extend an extra 5% to the balance of all withdrawals, so you will receive 105% of your current account equity. We will not be charging any fees such as wire fees etc. on withdrawals. Any withdrawals that have already been processed since our most recent communication will automatically be followed by the extra 5%, there is no need to request it.

If you have not already, please close all positions as soon as possible and send us your withdrawal method and details. To request a withdrawal via bank wire please fill in the fields below and send it back to us.

昨日最後の出金依頼をしましたが、おそらく出金してもらえないのでしょうね。。
かれこれ６ヶ月以上も待ちましたが、出金はできませんでした。
不本意ですが、成すすべがありませんので、口座の残高は諦めるしかなさそうですね＞＜

3/17に出金依頼をかけて、3/18に以下の文面のメールが来たのですが。。
「Your withdrawal has been processed and you should receive your bank wire shortly. Please contact us if you have any questions.」

昨日最後の出金依頼をしましたが、おそらく出金してもらえないのでしょうね。。
